A chatbot was developed to help businesses like Results Grow, a marketing agency specializing in generating leads for home service businesses, convert leads into home appointments by utilizing a three-path booking approach. The chatbot engages with leads through various conversations, using prompts and boolean fields to determine the next step in the conversation. After implementing the chatbot into 92 client accounts, it successfully engaged in a conversation with 30% of all closed appointments for one client, generating over $134,000 of revenue in its first year. The chatbot's implementation has helped businesses like Results Grow effectively follow up with their leads and book more appointments.
