Announcing YugabyteDB 2.12: Seamless Security and Better Manageability

YugabyteDB 2.12 introduces several new capabilities and significant improvements towards seamless security and better manageability, including support for HashiCorp Vault as a key management service, Yugabyte Platform authentication via LDAP, and integration with Imperva's Cloud Data Protection platform to simplify security and compliance of data in any database environment. The release also improves the manageability of Yugabyte Platform by simplifying xCluster replication setup and providing maintenance window features that allow users to silence alerts during routine maintenance, making it easier for organizations to scale and manage their databases without dependencies.
