Windsurf Wave 1

Wave 1 introduces significant advancements aimed at enhancing the autonomy of Cascade, with key features including the ability to establish rules through Cascade memories (windsurfrules) and automate command executions without manual approval. This release also includes highly requested extensions like support for WSL, devcontainer, and Pyright for static type-checking in Python. Additionally, previously launched features, such as image input support and settings imports from Cursor, are further complemented by these updates. The release marks the beginning of continued development, with more updates anticipated in the new year to drive Cascade's progress.
