Understanding Webflow Cloud pricing and new usage-based limits
Blog post from Webflow
Webflow Cloud has become generally available, introducing updates to how usage is measured across various Webflow site plans to accommodate the flexible, usage-based nature of the platform. This pricing model is designed to scale with the app's usage, whether for simple or complex applications, and includes changes in how bandwidth, requests, and CPU minutes are calculated. Bandwidth now includes data from hosted Webflow Cloud apps, requests reflect the number of interactions a site handles monthly, and CPU minutes track the compute time used by custom logic in Webflow Cloud apps. Enterprise customers benefit from higher usage thresholds, supporting large-scale applications without limitations. Users are informed of any overages through a Surge Protection feature, allowing temporary overages without additional charges. If overages persist for two consecutive months, site plans will automatically upgrade to accommodate the increased usage. Detailed usage metrics are available on the site dashboard to help monitor performance and facilitate scaling. These updates aim to provide a transparent, flexible platform that supports both prototypes and production-grade web apps.
