Webflow has introduced Workspaces to streamline team creation, billing, and publishing permissions, enhancing collaboration and simplifying account management. This new feature consolidates individual and Team accounts into a unified Workspace plan, allowing seamless growth from a single user to larger teams without the need for separate accounts or complex setups. Workspaces are available in a tiered, per-seat pricing model with increasing options for permissions and team sizes, starting with a free Starter Workspace and scaling up to a Growth Workspace, with further expansion options through Webflow Enterprise. The transition to Workspaces will be guided via notifications and recommendations tailored to account usage, and it includes improvements in teammate management, site cloning, and transfer processes. These changes aim to make workflows smoother and more efficient while offering flexibility in adapting to evolving team needs.
