Scaling the Webflow CMS to new heights

Over the past year, significant improvements have been made to enhance the scalability and performance of the CMS product, allowing it to support well beyond 100,000 items, catering especially to Enterprise customers. A new storage architecture has been developed, alongside various enhancements in content management, such as new filtering tools, bulk updates via CSV upload, expanded publishing operations, and additional validation controls. Performance upgrades include faster project loading and publishing speeds, WebP image support, and optimizations in site search and backups. These advancements ensure efficient workflows and future-proof scalability, positioning the CMS for extensive growth while maintaining a high-quality user experience.
