How our agency built a localized site for Flomodia

A small, award-winning web development agency in Europe, Digidop, successfully executed a project to create a localized website for Flomodia, a Paris-based media company focused on inspiring and educating entrepreneurs. With a team of only seven people, Digidop leveraged the T-shaped team model to ensure effective collaboration and resource allocation, allowing them to deliver a site optimized for SEO and built with a CMS-first approach on Webflow. This setup enabled Flomodia to manage content autonomously, supporting both English and French languages and incorporating dynamic content display based on user location. The project began with comprehensive workshops to align on objectives, followed by design mockups in Figma and development in Webflow. Key features included multilingual content management, SEO optimization, and streamlined CMS integration, resulting in a tripling of Flomodia's organic traffic and faster launch times for new landing pages. The project was recognized with two Honorable Mentions on Awwwards, and Digidop emphasized the importance of maintaining localization, providing thorough documentation, and ensuring client autonomy for future content management.
