Community grant spotlight: Claudia Cafeo, Floxies

Floxies is a vibrant Webflow and UX/UI design community dedicated to supporting women in their design journeys, offering weekly meetings with industry guest speakers and collaborative project feedback. The community recently launched the Webflow Workout, spearheaded by ambassadors Elsa Amri and Felicity Eku, which provides concise, weekly hands-on lessons for building Webflow components, catering to various expertise levels, and includes live mentoring sessions. The Webflow Community Grant has been instrumental in compensating instructors and maintaining essential tools, thus supporting the program's high standards. Floxies aims to address the gender imbalance in tech by empowering women to excel and inspire others, while the broader Webflow community can contribute through mentorship, spreading the word, collaboration, and engagement. Upcoming projects include Notion Guides and workshops for young girls to foster early tech interest and leadership skills.
