Building the Webflow blog — in Webflow

Webflow recently launched a new CMS that has enabled designers to create dynamic content without coding, with blogging emerging as the most popular application. Prior to the CMS, Webflow's blog was created manually by duplicating template pages, which was error-prone and inefficient. After months of development, the team successfully transitioned to using the CMS for their websites, including their marketing and help sites, before focusing on the blog. Remarkably, the custom, content-driven blog was built in a single morning during a live demo at the Future of Web Design conference. Despite ongoing optimizations, the core project was completed swiftly, and Webflow plans to expand the blog with valuable content and insights, inviting audience suggestions on social media.
