Warp has introduced a suite of features designed to enhance its terminal for multi-threaded development with popular coding agent CLIs like Claude Code, Codex, Gemini CLI, and OpenCode, aiming to position the terminal as the optimal environment for agentic development. The new features include vertical tabs for organizing agents and configuring metadata such as git branches and pull-requests, customizable Tab Configs for personalized tab setups, and a unified notification center for tracking alerts across all agents. Additionally, Warp facilitates native code review by allowing inline comments to be sent directly to third-party agent sessions and supports rich terminal input for complex prompts. Users can attach code, files, or snippets as context without switching tools, while remote control capabilities allow sessions to be published to the cloud for access and monitoring from different devices, further supporting collaboration and workflow efficiency for coding at scale.
