Introducing One-Click MCP Install

Warp has introduced a streamlined one-click installation process for MCP, allowing users to install MCP servers through three main paths: shared MCPs from team members, a curated list of popular servers, or custom JSON configurations. This new setup centralizes all installation methods, making it easier for teams to standardize processes and share knowledge. Admins can publish essential MCP servers for team use, ensuring consistency across configurations while developers retain the flexibility to add additional servers. The process includes automatic redaction of sensitive information in environment configurations, offering a cleaner onboarding experience without relying on informal communication channels like Slack.
