The Learning Center features three main content types: Use Cases, Learning Paths, and Support Paths, each tailored to provide practical examples, structured courses, and guided support scenarios. Currently, the Beta includes foundational and advanced content for API products like Video, Voice, Verify, and Messages, with plans for continued content expansion and platform improvements leading up to its targeted General Availability in Q4 2026. Developed by a cross-functional team and refined based on Alpha feedback, the Learning Center encourages user feedback to further enhance content quality, user experience, and real-world applicability.
