Q3 2022: Third Quarter in Review
Blog post from Vonage
It's hard to believe that 10 months have passed since our journey began, and we're approaching the end of the year. In the last three months, Vonage has been busy improving customer engagement through its AI Studio tool, which offers better conversation-based self-service without requiring extensive coding skills. The company has also released a Firebase multiparty video extension to make it easy to build conferencing video apps using the Firebase platform. Additionally, new SDKs have been added, including the Messages API, and major updates have been released for Ruby and Java developers. A demo app called the V-app showcases the implementation of voice and messaging functionalities across multiple platforms. The company invites developers to share their thoughts and connect with them on various channels.
