Ericsson Global Hackathon / Non-Hackathon | Autumn 2022

Ericsson's Autumn Hackathon was its largest ever, with over 1350 participants at 20 sites worldwide, working on almost 400 ideas. The event allowed employees to innovate, experiment, concentrate, and learn in a time-efficient manner, with challenges and inspirational sessions provided to inspire participation. Participants were encouraged to use Vonage APIs, which they found intuitive and easy to use, with many learning about the benefits of API-driven development. The event also highlighted the importance of community and collaboration, with participants sharing their experiences and ideas externally. The Hackathon/Non-Hackathon format enabled employees to work on projects they were passionate about, while also providing opportunities for learning and growth.
