VideoSDK is now available on AWS Marketplace
Blog post from Video SDK
VideoSDK is now available through AWS Marketplace, allowing AWS-based teams to add WebRTC-powered video calls, live streaming, recording, and related communication features to their applications with usage-based charges consolidated onto their AWS bill. The SDK supports use cases including one-to-one calls, group meetings, telehealth, online education, fintech onboarding, and low-latency live feeds, with platform SDKs for Android, iOS, React, React Native, and Flutter. Features include conferencing, chat, screen sharing, cloud recording, whiteboards, interactive tools, transcription, AI summaries, and APIs for managing rooms and streams, while recordings can be stored through VideoSDK or in a customer-owned Amazon S3 bucket. Customer examples include digital banking platform V-Connect, drone operator NxtQube, counseling provider Felicity, and language-learning service Immigo, which reported rapid implementations and, in Felicity’s case, fewer technical session issues. Pricing is charged per participant-minute or recording-minute, with a 30-minute two-person HD call estimated at $0.24 before recording costs, and optional monthly compliance and networking add-ons include HIPAA, CERT-In, geo-fencing, cloud proxy, GDPR, SOC 2 Type 2, and ISO 27001. Subscribing requires an active AWS account, appropriate Marketplace permissions, acceptance of the Marketplace terms, and linking or creating a VideoSDK account, after which AWS handles monthly billing and the subscription can be cancelled at any time.
