Veza Expands AI Agent Security to Azure AI Foundry

Veza has expanded its AI Agent Security offering to Azure AI Foundry, enabling organizations to map Foundry agents as non-human identities within its Access Graph and examine both who can invoke or manage them and what Azure resources they can access through associated service principals or managed identities. The integration automatically discovers Foundry accounts, projects, agents, model deployments, vector stores, indexes, connections, tools, guardrails, and identity bindings through an existing Veza Azure integration, while tracing Azure RBAC permissions to services such as Storage, Key Vault, AI Search, SQL, and Cosmos DB. Veza says this visibility supports access reviews, blast-radius analysis, alerts for risks such as missing guardrails or excessive privileges, and graph queries that link human users, agents, identities, and underlying data resources. Initial coverage applies to agents created in the new Azure AI Foundry portal, with classic portal support planned for the future, and complements Veza’s existing agent governance coverage across platforms including Microsoft Copilot Studio, AWS Bedrock, Google Vertex AI, Salesforce Agentforce, and ServiceNow.
