Vercel recently hosted its first-ever remote conference, `backendlessConf_`, which received a significant amount of interest from the developer community. The event featured 16 international speakers sharing their expertise on various aspects of frontend development and JAMstack. A dedicated Slack channel was created to facilitate connections among participants, while a live feed of chat activity was displayed alongside the conference video stream. Sponsors such as Cloudinary, Sanity, Mux, Prismic, Pusher, Crystallize, FaunaDB, and others supported the event, which was published on Vercel TV and YouTube. The experience was rewarding for the Vercel team, and they look forward to organizing the next edition.
