Gmail Connector Now Available in Vectorize

The new Gmail connector allows users to integrate email data into their workflows by ingesting and structuring it similarly to other document sources, enabling retrieval, reasoning, and automation. This connector uses OAuth for authentication and offers flexible filtering options, such as sender and recipient addresses, subject keywords, Gmail labels, message categories, date ranges, and attachment inclusion. Once set up through the Vectorize workspace, users can authorize their Google account, apply desired filters, and use the connector in any pipeline, as it manages the ingestion, chunking, and indexing of email content. This integration facilitates the indexing of emails, documents, and notes, providing structured answers with citations, and is now available for users to start ingesting and indexing their email content immediately.
