Launching with ten voices and planning to expand, these realistic voices are designed to improve both outbound and inbound call experiences by reducing drop rates and creating a welcoming atmosphere. Users can experience these voices through the Vapi Dashboard and are encouraged to contribute their own voice samples to help develop more lifelike options, with the top ten samples set to be selected by the end of March. The initiative emphasizes the importance of natural speech patterns, varied pace, and relaxed tone to capture the nuances of real conversations.
