Composer Webinar: Your Most-Asked Questions, Answered
Blog post from Vapi
In a recent webinar, Nick Robin, Principal Product Manager at Vapi, demonstrated the capabilities of Composer, an in-product assistant within the Vapi dashboard, by creating a fully functional inbound customer service agent for a fictional business, Nick's Sunglass Shack, within 30 minutes. Composer enables users to build, debug, and analyze voice agents without needing to code by utilizing plain-text prompts and has the ability to handle both inbound and outbound assistants. It facilitates integration with CRM systems, manages scheduling, and can conduct research to build agent knowledge bases. Attendees of the webinar questioned Composer's versatility, confirming its ability to connect with external data, edit existing agents, handle call routing, and support multilingual capabilities. Composer can also recommend suitable voice models and large language models (LLMs) based on specific use cases, and feedback can be submitted directly through the Vapi dashboard. Currently in its alpha phase, Composer is available at no additional cost, and the demo successfully showcased its potential to create a working agent complete with a provisioned number and connected knowledge base, all within a seamless, code-free environment.
