Vantage Launches Support for Redis Costs

Vantage has launched support for tracking Redis costs within its platform, allowing engineering and finance teams to view in-memory database spending alongside other cloud infrastructure costs from providers like AWS, Azure, and GCP. By integrating Redis accounts into the Vantage console, users can analyze costs by various dimensions such as service, resource, region, and tag, addressing previous challenges of fragmented visibility and manual data reconciliation. This integration, available to all Vantage customers, enables seamless cost allocation, monitoring, and anomaly detection through the ingestion of up to six months of historical data and continuous updates. The setup process involves using API keys for authentication, and the integration does not incur additional fees, although Redis costs contribute to Vantage quota tiers.
