Vantage Launches PDF Exports for Dashboards

Vantage has introduced PDF Exports for Dashboards, enabling users to generate PDF versions of their cloud cost and usage dashboards for external distribution. This new feature allows each widget on a dashboard to be exported as its own page within a PDF, facilitating the sharing of detailed insights with stakeholders without requiring them to access the Vantage platform directly. This development builds on the existing ability to export Cost Reports and caters to use cases such as executive reporting, where ease of distribution and consumption is crucial. Users can generate PDFs by selecting the "Export as PDF" option from any dashboard's menu, and each export includes a link back to the original dashboard for further analysis. Available to all customers at no additional cost, the feature supports all widget types and preserves the dashboard's current configuration, offering a streamlined way to share financial data with teams and stakeholders. While currently, exports are supported only via email, and API support and automated delivery are anticipated in future updates.
