Vantage Launches PDF Exports for Cost Reports

Vantage has introduced PDF Exports for Cost Reports, enabling users to generate PDF versions of their cloud costs and usage reports for distribution to stakeholders outside the Vantage platform. This new feature allows for one-time or scheduled exports, enhancing the ease of sharing insights without requiring recipients to access the platform. Previously, cost data was shared in CSV format, which was less visually accessible for executive reporting. Users can now easily export and schedule the distribution of these reports via email in daily, weekly, or monthly intervals. The PDFs, which include a variety of report attributes and graphical representations, are available to all Vantage users at no extra cost, although they cannot be sent to non-Vantage users or encrypted. Additional features such as API support for PDF retrieval and audit logs are anticipated in future updates.
