Vantage Launches focus.vantage.sh

Vantage has launched focus.vantage.sh, a free web-based tool designed to convert cost and usage data from various cloud, AI, and SaaS providers into the standardized FinOps FOCUS 1.1 format, which allows for consistent and comparable cost analysis across different vendors. This tool supports file uploads in CSV or PDF formats and is currently compatible with providers such as Cloudflare, ClickHouse, and Temporal, with plans to expand support to others like Confluent, Datadog, and Snowflake. Users can benefit from a mapping feature that shows how original data corresponds to the FinOps FOCUS fields, aiding in custom parser creation. The site is open to contributions for unsupported providers and emphasizes data security by not permanently storing uploaded files. Although automation and API support are not yet available, Vantage is focusing on refining the manual upload process and encourages feedback and suggestions to enhance the tool's functionality.
