Vantage Launches Currency Management for MSPs

Vantage has introduced a new Currency Management feature for Managed Service Providers (MSPs), enabling them to set custom exchange rates and manage the display currencies for their managed accounts at scale. Previously, MSPs faced challenges with currency discrepancies due to differing exchange rates between Vantage and cloud providers like AWS or Azure, leading to misalignments in billing and increased operational overhead. The new feature allows users with the Owner role to define exchange rates between currencies, specify applicable billing periods, and perform bulk actions to set display currencies for multiple accounts simultaneously, ensuring accurate cost representation in reports and invoices. If custom rates are not set, Vantage defaults to its own exchange rates collected from public data. This enhancement aims to streamline currency management for MSPs, reduce discrepancies, and improve operational efficiency, although API and Terraform support for this feature will be introduced later.
