Vantage Launches Azure Active Resources
Blog post from Vantage
Vantage has launched a new feature called Azure Active Resources, enabling users to view costs for currently active resources within their Azure accounts. This development enhances the existing cost reporting by allowing users to create resource reports that identify resources actively generating costs, such as virtual machines, which is particularly useful for tasks like rightsizing VMs, tracking rogue resources, and inventorying active databases. This feature is accessible to all Vantage users, including those on the free tier, and offers a granular view compared to traditional cost reports by focusing on live resources rather than accrued costs. Users can get started by creating a resource report in the Vantage console, and a full list of supported Azure services is available in the Azure documentation.
