Vantage has launched Detail Pages on ec2instances.info for each of the approximately 500 EC2 and RDS instances, allowing users to access high-fidelity cost information, instance specifications, and community-contributed links. These pages offer detailed insights into compute, storage, networking, and AWS-specific details, while also enabling users to toggle cost settings based on region, time, operating system, and financial commitment. The site, acquired by Vantage in 2021, has grown from 300,000 to 500,000 users and remains an open-source utility for the AWS community. This initiative aligns with Vantage's commitment to cloud cost visibility and community engagement, encouraging user feedback through Slack and GitHub.
