Unleash 8.2
Blog post from Unleash
Unleash 8.2 introduces project-level release templates that let project owners define reusable feature-flag rollout plans, a “New in Unleash” page for the open-source edition highlighting recent and Enterprise capabilities, and flag filtering by creator to help teams find and track work more easily. The company has also launched a redesigned getunleash.io website focused on AI-speed delivery, experimentation, and instant rollbacks, alongside a fall schedule of events in several international cities and a returning September 22 webinar on implementing AI kill switches. For Claude Code users, Unleash released a plugin backed by its MCP server that provides FeatureOps skills for evaluating change risk, creating and managing feature flags, planning progressive rollouts, removing stale flags, and migrating GitLab Feature Flags implementations to Unleash.
