Unified Assessment API: Embed Assessments Inside ATS Platforms

The Unified Assessment API is a tool designed to streamline the integration of candidate assessments within Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) by enabling real-time, recruiter-driven workflows directly inside the ATS platform. It allows assessment providers to embed their offerings within ATS platforms, facilitating recruiters to select and order assessments without leaving the system, unlike traditional methods that rely on status changes or external platforms. This approach increases the efficiency and completion rates of assessments by reducing context switching and ensuring that results are seamlessly integrated back into the ATS for review. The API supports creating and managing assessment packages, handling real-time orders, and updating results, offering a structured and efficient method for recruiters to manage candidate evaluations. Currently, it is compatible with various ATS platforms such as Ashby, Cornerstone, Greenhouse, Recruitee, TalentLyft, and Workable, with plans for further expansion.
