Blog post from Unified.to
In July 2025, Unified introduced several product updates, enhancing its platform's capability to support structured data across various domains. Key updates include the addition of structured Category support in accounting platforms, expanded webhook and object coverage for financial records, and significant upgrades to the Unified MCP server, which now better supports sensitive data handling and compatibility with AI tools like Cohere, OpenAI, and Gemini. New features such as the Calendar Scheduler for booking meetings and the Unified SSO for seamless login via multiple providers were also launched. Infrastructure-level improvements to the MCP server focus on increased security with parameters for redacting sensitive information and controlling tool access. Additionally, schema and field expansions were made for Slack, Microsoft Teams, Gmail, and leading project management tools, while webhook coverage was broadened across finance, messaging, and CRM platforms. These updates aim to empower product teams to create secure, flexible AI-ready workflows and interfaces using Unified's real-time data integration capabilities.
