ATS Activity's new Sub Type field

ATS Activity has introduced a new "sub_type" field to its schema, which allows for more detailed classification within the existing "type" field, an enum with values such as NOTE, TASK, and EMAIL. The "sub_type" is a freeform string that can hold any value, adding flexibility to the categorization of activities. This new field is currently supported on JobAdder and BullHorn platforms. JobAdder supports all three unified types and includes sub-types like WhatsApp, SMS, and Phone call, among others, while BullHorn, which supports only the NOTE type, includes sub-types such as Attempted Contact, Coordination, and Business Development. This enhancement provides users with a more nuanced way to track and manage activities within these platforms.
