These updates aim to support teams developing AI-native applications and SaaS platforms by providing real-time, structured data essential for features like copilots and integrations. The new integrations span categories including HR & Directory, Task Management, Accounting, Call Center, and File Storage, facilitating the unification of operational data. Key integrations include JBoard for ATS, MongoDB for HR & Directory, and Zoom Phone for Call Center. Additionally, a dedicated data center was launched in Australia to enhance service in the region, offering improved performance and compliance with data residency requirements. Enhancements to webhook and pagination now cover major platforms, enabling real-time updates crucial for AI agents and CRM timelines. Expanded CRUD, object, and field coverage across systems like Freshbooks, Pennylane, Sage Intacct, Xero, QuickBooks, and Salesforce further enrich workflows.
