All you need to know about Tyk’s graduate programme

Tyk's Graduate Programme, launched in June 2022, offers a fulfilling and productive experience for graduates by integrating them into the company’s operations across Canada and North America. Initially based in London, Ontario, the program targets graduates with computer science backgrounds or those who have shifted paths, focusing on customer operations and commercial departments for a 12-month period. It includes rotations in various customer-facing roles, technical upskilling through courses like Docker and Kubernetes, and practical projects such as developing a Twitter clone for pre-sales demos. Over the first six months, graduates have gained valuable exposure to the Tyk platform, and the next phase will see them collaborating with departments like Product and Engineering, tailoring their experiences to align with personal career interests. The program has plans for expansion into regions like EMEA, APAC, and the US, aiming to broaden its scope and impact in the future.
