The 2012 Rube Goldberg Nixie Light Hack challenge was a digital Rube Goldberg Machine building contest where developers were asked to mash multiple APIs to perform a simple task, showcasing creative hacks and innovative uses of APIs such as Twilio Client, Twilio SMS API, Netduino Plus, and an Arduinix board.
