Viber messenger integration with Twilio Flex was successfully demonstrated as a viable solution for businesses seeking to enhance their communication capabilities, prioritizing scalability and conversation history maintenance. The process involved setting up a Viber task channel in Task Router, creating a Studio flow for Viber, configuring a Flex flow, and implementing custom plugins and serverless services to manage webhooks and messaging between Viber and Twilio. A Corezoid trial account was used to connect the Viber bot with the process, enabling API calls and integrating with Twilio services. The solution demonstrated the feasibility of integrating Viber with Twilio Flex for businesses requiring a reliable and efficient communication platform.
