Verify a User via Phone with Twilio Functions and Twilio Verify

This application allows users to verify their identity by receiving an OTP via a voice call. The user enters their phone number and then submits it through a form. After submitting the phone number, a voice call is made to the user's phone with the OTP read out loud. The user must enter the correct code in another form to complete the verification process. The application uses Twilio Functions for its backend functionality, including sending the initial call and verifying the submitted OTP.
