Microsoft engineer Kevin Leneway created an application called Rosetta Phone using Twilio and Windows Azure. The app turns any ordinary phone into a translation device, as demonstrated in a quick video. To build something with Azure and Twilio, developers can participate in a contest where they can win a netbook and $500 in Windows Azure credits by submitting their app before midnight on Sunday. The company also offers various resources, including documentation, eBooks, industry reports, webinars, best practices, code samples, and inspiration for building communications and digital engagement experiences through its developer community hub called Ahoy.
