Email Logs facilitate quick validation of email deliveries and enable users to drill into specific email service provider responses for deferrals, bounces, and blocks, thereby improving email program observability. The feature is available to all Twilio SendGrid customers and can be accessed through the SendGrid Console or API, requiring specific permissions for API usage.
