ConversationRelay Application and Architecture for Voice AI Applications Built on AWS

Twilio has launched ConversationRelay, a new application designed to simplify the building of voice AI integrations. The high-level value proposition of AI-backed voice agents is clear, but how will ConversationRelay help customers?
