During the 2025 Global Impact Week, over 1,300 Twilio employees, known as Twilions, contributed more than 3,700 volunteer hours and raised over $20,000 through a new companywide giving campaign, demonstrating Twilio's commitment to community empowerment and collective change. Volunteers participated in various initiatives across 27 cities, including organizing educational spaces in Denver, planting fruit trees in Pune, and tackling food insecurity in Minneapolis. The week also featured virtual activities, such as mentoring and citizen science projects, and a friendly competition to inspire participation, resulting in high engagement and donations to selected nonprofits. Twilio expressed gratitude to its network of Hub Leaders and Impact Champions for their role in coordinating these efforts, emphasizing that the spirit of service continues year-round through ongoing volunteerism and philanthropy.
