The platform enables businesses to capture details about their business and use case, create Primary Business Profiles in Trust Hub within the Console, and submit Secondary Business Profiles via API for each additional client they need to support. With Trust Hub, Twilio customers can enable enhanced voice capabilities such as SHAKEN/STIR, Voice Integrity, Branded Calling, and Prevent Spam Labeling with Voice Integrity. The platform also offers User Authentication and Identity products, including Lookup and Verify APIs, to deliver One-Time Passwords over multiple channels and proactively detect SMS Pumping Fraud.
