As a result, businesses are losing money and customers are being exploited. To combat this issue, Twilio's Verify product offers features such as Fraud Guard, which can detect and block suspicious traffic patterns, saving businesses millions of dollars. The company Street Beat, an investment advisor, has successfully used Twilio to protect themselves from SMS pumping fraud, noticing a significant drop in suspicious traffic after enabling Fraud Guard.
