Summary

Twilio has announced the public beta availability of its new product called Voice Integrity, designed to help improve call answer rates and reduce blocked calls due to negative reputation by remediating spam labels on phone numbers. The service is available alongside SHAKEN/STIR and CNAM Trust products and allows users to register their Twilio phone numbers in order to ensure they are not mislabeled as spam. To enable Voice Integrity, users must create a Customer Profile, assign phone numbers to a Business Profile, create a Voice Integrity Trust Product, and associate it with the end-user identity and customer profile. The service is currently only available in the United States and will eventually include reputation monitoring capabilities. By following the onboarding process, users can increase their chances of getting calls answered and improve their overall call experience.
