Personalize Communication Channel Outreach using Segment and Twilio

To automatically discover and communicate with users on their preferred channels, you can use Sendgrid, Twilio, and Segment. By setting up Node server, Segment workspace, and connecting the two, you can track user engagement events from Twilio and Sendgrid to determine a user's preferred channel. Once this is done, you can create Personas Computed Traits in Segment to set a "preferred channel" for a user based on their most frequent engagement channel. This allows your app to personalize notifications on users' preferred channels exclusively in the future.
