Introducing Twilio’s brand-new customer Help Center
Blog post from Twilio
Twilio is launching a new Help Center site on September 21st for a small number of customers, with additional releases every week until mid-October. The new site aims to provide a uniform customer support experience across Twilio's entire product catalog, replacing the existing Console Support Center Overview and support.twilio.com sites. The new site features improved searching, a machine learning-powered ticket submission form, and personalized support features for Personalized Support customers. The platform provides more flexibility to the engineering team, with plans for additional features and integrations in the future. Users will be migrated to the new site over 30 days, with weekly releases to additional accounts, and can learn more about the changes on Twilio's Support article page.
