The feature uses a simple TwiML command to establish connections, allowing users to pass context using custom parameters in their <Dial> statement, which will show up at the destination Application as part of the webhook it invokes. This enables a wide range of use cases for existing and new customers, including easy access to other valuable customer products, separation of traffic or functions across subaccounts, simplified solutions using Twilio-powered services, and efficient routing of Voice traffic within organizations.
