Fruition has successfully implemented Twilio's APIs to automate customer support and reduce costs for several clients, including a global retailer that eliminated its $25,000/month answering service fee by using Twilio's cloud communications API integrated with ServiceNow. The company also built a proactive monitoring system for a particle physics lab, enabling the lab to respond quickly to equipment problems. Additionally, Fruition has developed FruFone, a browser-based softphone that integrates native VoIP telephony into the ServiceNow platform, allowing customers to access telecom capabilities in a more flexible and innovative way.
