Twilio Flex has partnered with Citrix to improve audio quality for remote or hybrid agents, enabling a high-definition experience and elevating call quality. The integration allows Twilio customers to leverage the benefits of DaaS/VDI environments, such as cost savings via thin clients, highly secure systems, and connectivity, while also improving the overall agent experience through the Citrix HDX protocol. This partnership supports Twilio Flex's cloud-native platform, which has always supported contact centers with remote agents, and is available in Public Beta today.
