Display Local Time in Multiple Timezones in Flex Insights

Twilio Flex Insights currently supports only one reporting timezone per account, which limits its functionality for multi-location businesses. To overcome this limitation, users can create a custom metric to display conversation and activity times in the local timezone of each location. This is achieved by creating a new variable that stores numeric values representing timezones and then using it to calculate the local time. The custom metric is created using a formula that takes into account the time in seconds and the timezone value, allowing for accurate representation of time in different zones. While this solution does not enable filtering or segmentation by date attribute in different timezones, it provides a convenient way to display local times without requiring external tools like Excel or API exports.
