Introducing Intern Developer of Technical Content, Dhruv Patel

Dhruv Patel, an intern developer on Twilio's Developer Voices team, shares his journey from being curious about technology to pursuing a career in computer science. He recalls his early experiences with game consoles and computers, which sparked his interest in understanding the underlying technologies. After following his brother-in-law to work and gaining practical experience, Dhruv pursued computer science in college and furthered his knowledge through self-study. He applied this knowledge to create the Sneaks API, a Node.js API that helps users search for sneakers and track their status on resell sites. Through this project, Dhruv gained traction and inspiration, which has driven him to continue learning and experimenting. As an intern developer, Dhruv aims to bring fresh perspectives and learn from experts at Twilio while contributing to the team's efforts in creating innovative solutions.
